Who receives your information?

When you contact us
The form collects your name, email, selected service and project details. You may also provide a phone number, budget range and timeline. We use these details to respond, discuss your project and prepare a quote. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where your enquiry goes
The website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiries are sent through Resend to SILYE’s Gmail inbox. These providers may process information outside South Africa. The form does not store a separate copy of your message in the website database.
Spam prevention
The form uses temporary submission counts. Where an IP address is available, it is converted to a salted hash for rate limiting. Rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are removed when the form next receives an enquiry.
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, where its privacy terms apply. Your pre-filled message is only sent when you choose to send it.
Your choices
You can contact management to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provide. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
